To mark the 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation, Watson Farm is offering an outdoor guided tour about farm life and the people who lived and worked there in the 1770s. Touring the barnyard and landscape, explore how the region changed dramatically by 1783, how the owners contributed to the British cause while tenants and enslaved people fought for independence, and how the American Revolution literally came to the front door of the farmhouse.
